GREEN CROSS HEALTH DECLARES SPECIAL DIVIDEND
4 April 2023, AUCKLAND, NZ: Listed primary healthcare provider Green Cross Health, the Group
behind Unichem, Life Pharmacy and The Doctors, has declared a special dividend of 28 cents per
share. The special dividend declaration follows the successful divestment of Green Cross Health’s
Community Health division at the end of February 2023.
The Green Cross Health Board remains committed to the continued growth of the Company, both
organically and through acquisition.
The special dividend amount of $40 million is due to be paid on 28 April 2023.
