In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.14 and NZX Listing Rule 3.21.1, Vulcan wishes to advise
that its New Zealand registered office and address for service will be changing to:

These changes will take effective from Monday, 17 April 2023.
Vulcan’s registered office and principal place of business in Australia remain unchanged.
