The Company announces that it agreed on 6 April 2023 to allot 100,000 ordinary shares at 259.0p
per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per ordinary share as
at the close of business on 6 April 2023 was 251.2p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 12 April 2023, bringing the issued share capital and total
voting rights at that date to 159,658,564.
