NOTICE OF RESULT ANNOUNCEMENT
Oceania Healthcare Limited will announce its result for the year ended 31 March 2023 on the morning of
Wednesday 24 May 2023.
The result presentation will be available following its lodgement with NZX and ASX directly through both
exchanges and also on the website at www.oceaniahealthcare.co.nz/investor-centre
Oceania Healthcare Limited will also hold a webcast at 11.00am NZST (9.00am AEST) on Wednesday 24
May 2023 hosted by Brent Pattison (Chief Executive Officer) and Kathryn Waugh (Chief Financial Officer).
