Results of Summerset Group Holdings Limited Annual Shareholder Meeting
At
Summerset Group Holdings Limited’s shareholder meeting, held today, shareholders were asked to vote on 4
resolutions, which were supported by the Board.

s required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.

he resolutions passed by shareholders were:
•That the Board is authorised to fix the auditors’ remuneration.
•Having retired, that Andrew Wong be re-elected as a Director of Summerset.
•Having retired, that Venasio-Lorenzo Crawley be re-elected as a Director of Summerset.
•Having been appointed during the year by the Board and holding office only until the Annual Meeting, that
Fiona Oliver be re-elected as a Director of Summerset.
