Results of Channel Infrastructure 2023 Annual Shareholder
Meeting
At the 2023 Annual Shareholders Meeting of Channel Infrastructure NZ Limited held on 27 April 2023 at
SkyCity and online, shareholders were asked to vote on two resolutions, all of which were supported by the
Board. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. The resolutions passed by
shareholders (and the voting results) were:
