MOVE APPOINTS JULIA RAUE AS INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Transport and logistics group, MOVE Logistics Group Limited (NZX/ASX: MOV), is pleased to
announce the appointment of Julia Raue as an independent director, effective from 3 May 2023.
Julia will also be a member of the MOVE Board’s Governance and Remuneration Committee.
Julia has a strong background in business transformation and digital change and was Chief
Information Officer at Air New Zealand for nine years, winning a number of global Awards during
that time, including NZ CIO of the year. She has significant governance experience across a variety of
sectors, including current directorships with Southern Cross, The Warehouse Group, Jade Software
and Global Women. Previously Julia has been a director of Z Energy and TVNZ.
Chair of MOVE, Lorraine Witten, said: “Julia’s proven expertise and experience in delivering
innovative digital solutions will benefit MOVE as we continue to progress our digital journey. She is
passionate about the customer and people, which underpin our culture at MOVE. Julia’s

Julia has been appointed by the board of Directors, as permitted under MOVE’s constitution. She will
hold office until MOVE’s 2023 Annual Meeting at which time she will offer herself for election by
shareholders.
Director Retirement at 2023 Annual Meeting
MOVE also advises that, as part of the Board’s long term succession planning, director Danny Chan,
who is retiring by rotation at this year’s annual meeting, has advised that he will not be seeking
re-election.
