Issue price for Dividend Reinvestment Plan
Scott Technology Limited (the “Company”) advises that the issue price used to calculate
entitlements under the Company’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan (the “DRP”) for the recent interim
dividend, has been set at $2.9318 per share (the “DRP Issue Price”). The DRP Issue Price was
calculated based on the volume weighted average sale price for the Company’s shares sold on the
NZX Main Board during the period 28 April 2023 to 2 May 2023 (inclusive) less a discount of 1.0%.
The board of the Company has not exercised its discretion to adjust the DRP Issue Price (including to
allow for any bonus or dividend expectation or for any exceptional or unusual circumstances).
The additional shares issued under the DRP will be sourced by way of new shares issued by the
Company.
Shares issued under the DRP will be allotted on the dividend payment date of 11 May 2023.
