Results of MCK’s 2023 Annual Meeting of Shareholders


At MCK’s 2023 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, held as a hybrid meeting earlier today,
shareholders were asked to vote on 3 resolutions, which were supported by the Board.


As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.


The resolutions passed by shareholders were:

• The re-election of Eik Sheng Kwek as a director of MCK;
• The election of Stuart Harrison as a director of MCK;
• That the Board of Directors be authorised to fix the auditor’s fees and expenses.
