Infratil Limited AUD FX Rate for the FY2023 Final Dividend

Infratil advises that the foreign exchange rate to be used for the Infratil Limited final dividend to be
paid to Australian investors in AUD on 13 June 2023 has been set at 0.9244. This is the RBNZ rate
on 30 May 2023.
