PLP/ BIF – Change of Senior Managers
Booster Financial Services Limited (BFS), the parent company of, and service provider to, Booster
Investment Management Limited (BIML), has recently reviewed its organisational structure, which has
resulted in a change to the roles and responsibilities of a number of the senior managers within the
business.
Given the nature of Booster’s listed funds, managers may be considered senior managers by virtue of
their role within the overall business, or because of their specific role with the relevant NZX listed fund.
Following the recent organisational structure, the following are identified as directors or senior managers
for disclosure purposes under the NZX listing rules:

units in Booster’s Private Land and Property Portfolio. PLP only holds these units.
BIF is a managed investment fund that invests in early-stage companies founded on intellectual property
originated or developed in New Zealand.
