NZ RegCo advises that, at the request of the issuer, it has placed a trading halt on EBOS Group
Limited (“EBO”) ordinary shares. The halt was placed at 9:08am today, Tuesday, 6 June 2023.
The trading halt is in place while EBO considers information received regarding the Australian
Chemist Warehouse contract.
The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of an announcement by EBO about the
contract, or market open on Thursday, 8 June 2023.
