Mercury Green Bond offer – books closed
9 JUNE 2023 – Following the bookbuild process for its offer of 5 year unsecured, unsubordinated fixed rate green
bonds (Green Bonds), Mercury NZ Limited (Mercury) confirmed today that the offer has closed and $150 million of
Green Bonds have been allocated to the participants (or their clients) involved in the bookbuild process. This
includes oversubscriptions of $50 million. There was no public pool for the offer.
The issue margin for the Green Bonds has been set at 1.05% per annum and the interest rate will be announced
later today alongside the release of the final terms sheet.
