Tāmaki, Auckland, New Zealand on Tuesday, 29 August 2023 commencing at 2.00pm (NZST).
In respect of its 2023 ASM, Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Corporation Limited advises that the
closing date for director nominations is 30 June 2023.
