Chief Financial Officer start date

Livestock Improvement Corporation (NZX: LIC) announces Brent Mealings will join the co-op as
Chief Financial Officer on 7 August 2023 (NZX: 27 April 2023).

Reporting to the Chief Executive, Brent will be responsible for business performance and
information, intellectual property, legal, financials, risk management, NAIT, transformation office,
secretariat and procurement.

In the interim, David Hazlehurst will be Acting Chief Financial Officer (NZX: 14 June 2023).
