Notice Of Dividend Currency Exchange Rate

On 22 March 2023 we announced an interim dividend for the period ended 31 January 2023 of 3.0 NZ cents
per share. The record date for the dividend was 15 June 2023. The following table details the currency
exchange rate applicable for the dividend:
