Serko appoints Joydip Das as Chief Product Officer

Serko Limited (NZX & ASX:SKO) is pleased to announce the expansion of its product leadership
function with the appointment of Joydip Das, as Serko’s Chief Product Officer.

Joydip brings with him a wealth of experience as a global product leader most recently as the Chief
Product Officer of Iress, and prior to that as a Vice President, Product at Salesforce.com and SAP.

Serko CEO, Darrin Grafton said, “We’re thrilled to add someone of Joydip’s calibre to the team, and his
experience, track record and vision will propel our efforts to be a product-led company that is working
to create a connected, frictionless business travel experience”.

Joydip will be starting in early October 2023.
