As noted in an NZX announcement on 1 October 2020 by Asset Plus, a further 21,119,456 shares were
issued to Augusta Capital Limited on 2 October 2020 following allocation of shares to sub-underwriters
on completion of the retail component of Asset Plus’ $60 million capital raising. No further SPH
disclosure was made as Augusta Capital’s percentage holding of 19.99% was not a movement of 1% or
more in the substantial holding.
