This updated memorandum provides the updated timeline for the early call of GNE050 Bonds,
which includes a change of the cease of quotation to Thursday, 13 July 2023. The redemption
date and payment date will remain the same.
NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that, further to the Election Notice released to bondholders
by Genesis Energy Limited (GNE) on 30 June 2023, GNE will exercise its right to fully redeem
their unsecured, subordinated, capital bonds which are quoted on the NZX Debt Market under
ticker code GNE050 (GNE050 Bonds). GNE will redeem all GNE050 Bonds on 17 July 2023
that are not otherwise redeemed on 10 July 2023 under the exchange mechanism described in
the final terms sheet for an offer of new capital bonds, published by GNE via NZX on 29 June
2023.
As previously advised, the final day of trading in the GNE050 Bonds was Monday, 26 June
2023, with the bonds being suspended at close of business.
