Ventia added to S&P/ASX200 Index

Blackmores Limited to be removed from the
S&P/ASX 200 Index

SYDNEY, JULY 18, 2023: S&P Dow Jones Indices announced today that it will remove Blackmores
Limited (XASX: BKL) from the S&P/ASX 200, subject to final court approval of the scheme of
arrangement whereby the company will be acquired by Kirin Health Science Australia Pty Ltd, a wholly
owned subsidiary of Kirin Holdings Company, Limited (XTKS: 2503).
S&P Dow Jones Indices will remove Blackmores Limited from the S&P/ASX 200 effective prior to the
open of trading on Monday, July 24, 2023. Blackmores Limited will be replaced by Ventia Services
Group Limited (XASX: VNT), in the S&P/ASX 200 effective prior to the open of trading on Monday, July
24, 2023.
