Sale of 40 & 44 Bowen Street now unconditional
Further to the announcement on 29 November 2022, Precinct Properties Group (Precinct)
(NZX: PCT) is pleased to announce that the sale of 40 and 44 Bowen Street to Bowen
Investment Limited Partnership is now unconditional following Precinct satisfying the required
conditions.
Settlement is expected to occur in August 2023.

ticker code for the stapled shares remains PCT.
