Infratil Infrastructure Bond Offer Closes

Infratil Limited today announced that following the successful bookbuild process for its offer of 6 year unsecured,
unsubordinated, fixed rate infrastructure bonds maturing on 31 July 2029 (Infrastructure Bonds) it has allocated
$150 million of Infrastructure Bonds (including $75 million of oversubscriptions). The offer has now closed.
The Issue Margin for the Infrastructure Bonds has been set at 2.25% per annum. The Interest Rate will be
announced later today via NZX together with release of the Final Terms Sheet.
