Heartland FY2023 results announcement date

Full year results announcement date
Heartland Group Holdings Limited (Heartland) (NZX/ASX: HGH) advises that it expects to:

• announce its full year results for the year ended 30 June 2023 (FY2023) on Thursday 24
August 2023
• publish its annual report for FY2023 on Friday 29 September 2023.

A live webcast for investors and analysts will be held at 10.30am NZST on the same day as the results
announcement and can be accessed via this link.

Annual Meeting date
Heartland advises that its Annual Meeting will be held online and in-person at Te Pae Christchurch
Convention Centre, Christchurch, New Zealand on Thursday 9 November 2023, commencing at 2pm
NZDT.

More details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting to be sent to all
shareholders and available at heartlandgroup.info.nz in due course.

Director nominations
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Heartland advises that the closing date for director
nominations is Monday 11 September 2023. All nominations must be received by 5pm (NZST) on
that date.

Nominations may only be made by a security holder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting, and
should be accompanied by written consent of the person being nominated.

Any nominations should be sent to Heartland at PO Box 9919, Newmarket, Auckland 1149, for the
attention of the Group Chief Operating Officer.
