Results of Ryman Healthcare Limited 2023 Annual Shareholders Meeting

At Ryman Healthcare Limited’s 2023 Annual Shareholders Meeting, held at the Philip Carter
Family Concert Hall Auditorium, The Piano, Christchurch and online today, shareholders
were asked to vote on five resolutions, which were supported by the board.

As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.

The resolutions passed by shareholders were:

1. That the Ryman board is authorised to fix the auditor’s remuneration for the ensuing
year
2. That Mr Dean Hamilton, who retires, is re-elected as a director of Ryman
3. That Mr James Miller, who retires, is re-elected as a director of Ryman
4. That Ms Paula Jeffs, who retires, is re-elected as a director of Ryman
5. That Ms Claire Higgins, who retires, is re-elected as a director of Ryman
