2023 Annual Meeting Results
At Metro Performance Glass Limited’s shareholder meeting, shareholders were asked to vote on three
resolutions, which were supported by the board.
This meeting was held in Auckland and online. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted
by a poll. The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
• That the Board be authorised to fix the fees and expenses of PwC as Auditor for the ensuing year.
• That Mark Eglinton be elected as a Director of the Company.
The resolution not passed by shareholders was:
• That Graham Stuart be elected as a Director of the Company.
