Window Holdings Limited after exercising options pursuant to the Company’s approved Employee
Share Option Plan (ESOP) of the Company.
On 2 August 2023, Albertus Johannes Smith transferred 150,000 ordinary shares in Trade Window
Holdings Limited for nil consideration through an off-market share transfer to Susann Smith.
On 2 August 2023, Albertus Johannes Smith sold a total of 512,000 Ordinary Shares in Trade
Window Holdings Limited for $199,680.00 consideration through an off-market share transfer to
Micaela Claudette Lewentz.
The above transactions in conjunction with the subsequent dilution of Albertus Johannes Smith's
