Vista Group announces new global senior leadership team
Vista Group International Limited (NZX & ASX:VGL) is pleased to announce the following appointments
to the global senior leadership team with the completion of phase 1 of the organisational
transformation announced on 6 July 2023:
• Simon Burton has been appointed to the new position of Chief Studio Officer. Simon previously
held the position of CEO, Numero & Maccs.
• Matthew Liebmann has been appointed to the new position of Chief Product, Innovation &
Marketing Officer. Matthew previously held the position of Chief Innovation and Data Officer,
Vista Group.
• Jason Madsen has been appointed to the new position of Chief Business Operations Officer.
Jason previously held the position of Commercial Director, Vista Group.
• Leon Newnham has been appointed to the new position of Chief of Strategy and Partnerships /
Global Head of Cinema Sales. Leon previously held the position of CEO, Vista Cinema.
• Grant Smith has been appointed to the new position of Chief Cinema Officer. Grant previously
held the position of Chief Operating Officer, Vista Cinema.
• Chris South has been appointed to the new position of Chief Technology Officer. Chris
previously held the position of Vice President of Engineering, Vista Cinema.

transformation process to better integrate our businesses, simplify our go-to-market and current
