In terms of the NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Port of Tauranga Limited advises that the closing date
for Director nominations is open until 5.00pm (New Zealand time) on Friday 8 September
2023.
Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual
