Street, Auckland, New Zealand on Tuesday, 24 October 2023, commencing at 2:00pm.
The period for nomination of persons as directors of EBOS opens today and closes at 5:00pm (NZ
time) on Monday, 28 August 2023. Nominations may only be made by a security holder entitled to
attend and vote at the Annual Meeting.
