Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure:
On 1 July 2023, Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited (PPNZ) undertook a distribution
on a one-for-one basis so that shareholders of PPNZ received PPIL shares equal to the
number of PPNZ shares held by them as at 11:59 pm on 30 June 2023. No consideration
was payable by PPNZ shareholders for the PPIL shares. On 3 July 2023, the PPIL shares
were quoted, and the corporate restructuring detailed in the Notice of Special Meeting and
Explanatory Memorandum dated 18 April 2023 was completed.

As part of that process, Haumi became the beneficial owner of 237,889,419 PPIL shares for
nil consideration. Although there has been no change in the extent of Haumi’s ownership or
voting control of what is now the Precinct Stapled Group (being PPNZ and PPIL) by
comparison to PPNZ, it is nonetheless filing this substantial product holder notice.
