APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Radius Residential Care Limited (NZX: RAD) (Radius Care) advises that Jeremy Edmonds has been
appointed as Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO), with effect from today.

Jeremy has ten years’ CFO experience in significant New Zealand companies and has initially been
appointed for a six-month term while the company recruits a permanent CFO.
