WasteCo share purchase plan closing date reminder
WasteCo Group Limited (NZX:WCO) would like to remind Eligible Shareholders

of the
opportunity to subscribe for new ordinary shares in WasteCo through its share purchase plan
(SPP).
The SPP closes at 5.00pm on Wednesday 23 August 2023.
Eligible Shareholders are encouraged to read the offer document and investor presentation
relating to the SPP which are available online at https://wco.capitalraise.co.nz/. Eligible
Shareholders who wish to participate in the SPP should submit an online application no later
than 5.00pm on 23 August 2023.
If you have completed your application recently, you do not have to take any further action.
