Annual MeeƟng and Closing Date for Directors NominaƟons

IkeGPS Group limited (NZX: IKE, ASX: IKE) (IKE) announces that its 2023 Annual MeeƟng of Shareholders
is to be held on Friday, 29 September 2023 (NZT). The details relaƟng to the meeƟng will be advised in
the NoƟce of MeeƟng, which will be distributed closer to the Ɵme.

AddiƟonally, IKE advises that the closing date for the director nominaƟons is Tuesday, 12 September
2023. All nominaƟons must be received by 5:00 pm (NZT) on the closing date.

NominaƟons may only be made by a shareholder enƟtled to aƩend and vote at the Annual MeeƟng and
