Non-Executive Chair and Director Graeme Lord has advised his intention to retire from the Delegat
Group Board of Directors at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on the 23rd of November 2023 as
he plans to move to the South Island. The Board has appointed Jim Delegat as Chairman and
Non-executive Director of Delegat Group commencing from that date.
Graeme Lord said, “It has been a privilege to be part of Delegat Group’s growth since I first joined
the company in 1999. Delegat has a dedicated and talented global team who are well on the way
to building a leading global Super Premium wine company. I wish the company and our global
teams all the best.”
Jim Delegat said, “I would like to take this opportunity to thank Graeme, on behalf of the Board, for
his significant contribution to Delegat Group in both management and governance roles over the
past twenty-four years. I am looking forward to contributing to the next phase of Delegat Group’s
growth as Chairman in collaboration with the Board and Managing Director Steve Carden.”
