Infratil Infrastructure Bond Firm Offer Closes

Infratil Limited today announced that following the successful bookbuild process for its Firm Offer of 7½ year
unsecured, unsubordinated, fixed rate infrastructure bonds maturing on 15 March 2031 (2031 Bonds) it has
allocated $75,000,000 2031 Bonds (including $25,000,000 of oversubscriptions). The Firm Offer has now
closed.
The Issue Margin for the 2031 Bonds has been set at 2.40% per annum. The Interest Rate will be announced
later today via NZX together with release of an updated Terms Sheet.
