Black Pearl Group Limited (NZX:BPG) advises that at its Annual Meeting of Shareholders held
today, shareholders were asked to vote on six resolutions. As required by NZX Listing Rule
6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
All resolutions were passed by shareholders and the voting results are:
