Closing Date for Director Nominations
Precinct Properties Group (NZX: PCT) advises that 29 September 2023 is the closing date for
nominations by shareholders of directors to be considered for election at the annual
shareholder meeting.
Nominations must be received by 5.00 pm on 29 September 2023 and sent to:

Nominations may only be made by shareholders entitled to attend and vote at the annual
shareholder meeting to be held on Tuesday 14 November 2023 and must be accompanied
by the written consent of the person nominated.

Shareholders in Precinct Properties Group (“Precinct”) hold an equal number of shares in Precinct Properties New
Zealand Limited (“PPNZ”) and Precinct Properties Investments Limited (“PPIL”) and these shares can only be dealt
with together. The stapled issuers are described as “Precinct Properties NZ Ltd & Precinct Properties Investments Ltd
(NS)” on NZX systems and the ticker code for the stapled shares remains PCT.
