Bremworth Limited (NZX: BRW) advises that its 2023 Annual Meeting of shareholders will be held at
2 pm on Monday, 27th November 2023 at the Home Ideas Auckland Conference Room, 165 The
Strand, Parnell, Auckland.

Bremworth also advises that the closing date for nominations to the Board of Directors is Friday,
29th September 2023. All nominations must be received by 5.00 pm on the closing date.
