C.ThattheBoardisauthorisedtofixthefeesandexpensesofGrantThorntonas
theauditorofPaySauce.
Inadditiontotheordinaryresolutions,onespecialresolutionwasputtoshareholders.
Thisrelatestoupdatingtheconstitutiontobetterreflectmoremodernpractices.
