Meridian and Contact extend conditions precedent

Further to Meridian’s NZX announcements of 15 August and 16 and 30 September 2022, Meridian and
Contact have agreed to extend the conditions precedent date for the 2024 calendar year of their 150GWh
per annum Swaption and 294GWh per annum CfD agreements from 15 September 2023 to 15 November
2023.
