DRP strike price
The price at which shares will be allotted under Contact’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan
(DRP) for the 2023 full year dividend is NZ$8.1981. The shares will be issued on 26
September 2023.
The price has been determined, in accordance with the DRP rules, as the volume weighted
average sale price for a share calculated on all sales of shares which took place through the
NZX main board market on the five trading days commencing on 7 September 2023.
A copy of Contact’s Appendix ASX 3A.1 form, updated to include details of the foreign
exchange rate for Australian investors, is attached.
