ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) DETAILS

Michael Hill International Limited (ASX/NZX:MHJ) will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday 14
November 2023 at 10am (AEST).

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and Rule 38.13 of MHJ’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of
nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Tuesday 3 October 2023.

The AGM will be held via electronic means. There will not be a meeting where shareholders can attend in
person. Further information about the AGM will be set out in the notice of meeting, which will be released on
or around Wednesday 11 October 2023.
