SECOND INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR 2023

Information disclosed in accordance with DTR 6.1.13

The Directors of the Company have resolved that the second interim dividend for the year
ending 31 December 2023 will be a payment of 3.40 pence per ordinary share (2022: 3.20
pence per share). The dividend will be paid on 1 November 2023 to shareholders registered
at the close of business on 6 October 2023. The ex-dividend date will be 5 October 2023.
Please note this payment will include a Dividend Re-investment Plan facility, for which the
election date will be 13 October 2023.
