The Warehouse Group Limited 2023 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting and Director Nominations
The Warehouse Group Limited advises that it will hold its Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on Friday, 24
November 2023. The venue, time and other details relating to the meeting will be advised in the
Notice of Meeting to be sent to all shareholders in due course.

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2(a), the closing date for director nominations is Monday, 16
October 2023. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm NZT on the closing date.

Nominations must be made by a security holder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting and be
accompanied by a brief resume of the nominee and the consent in writing of the person nominated.
