Results of Steel & Tube Holdings Limited Annual Meeting

At Steel & Tube Holdings Limited’s shareholder meeting, held in Christchurch today,
shareholders were asked to vote on four resolutions, which were supported by the Board.

As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.

The resolutions passed by shareholders were:

• RESOLUTION 1: AUDITORS REMUNERATION
• RESOLUTION 2: RE-ELECTION OF CHRIS ELLIS
• RESOLUTION 3: RE-ELECTION OF STEVE REINDLER
