Following the announcement by Marlin Global Limited (“MLN”) on Friday, 29 September 2023,
NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that the final exercise date for the Marlin Global Limited
warrants (“MLNWF”) is Friday, 10 November 2023.

Any MLNWF warrants not exercised by 5:00pm on Friday, 10 November 2023 will lapse and all
rights in regard to them will expire.

The final day of trading in MLNWF will be Wednesday, 8 November 2023 prior to the warrants
being halted and suspended at close of business.

MLNWF will be removed from the NZX Main Board from close of business on Friday, 10
November 2023.
