Results of Rua Bioscience Limited’s 2023 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting

At Rua Bioscience’s virtual Annual Shareholders’ Meeting held online earlier today, shareholders were asked to vote on
four ordinary resolutions which were supported by the Board. As required by NZX listing rule 6.1, all voting was
conducted by a poll. The resolutions passed by shareholders were as follows:

• That the Board be authorised to fix the auditor’s remuneration.
• That Anna Stove, who retires and is eligible for re-election, be re-elected as a Director of Rua.
• That Panapa Ehau, who retires and is eligible for re-election, be re-elected as a Director of Rua.
• That Tony Barclay (appointed by the board as a Director from 1 May 2023) be elected as a Director of Rua.
