RESULTS OF WINTON LAND LIMITED ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS MEETING
At Winton’s shareholder meeting, held in Auckland and online today, shareholders were asked to
vote on two resolutions, both of which were supported by the Board.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
 That Steven Joyce, having been appointed by the Board and only holding office until the
Annual Meeting of Shareholders, be elected as a Director of the Company.
 That the Board be authorised to fix the fees and expenses of Ernst & Young as the auditor
of the Company for the ensuing year.
