2023 Annual General Meeting


ANZ has previously advised that the 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 21
December 2023 in Brisbane.

ANZ today announces that the AGM will commence at 9:00am (Brisbane Time) / 10:00am
AEDT.

Further details regarding the AGM will be included in the Notice of AGM to be issued to
shareholders in due course.
