Dates for FY23 Results and Annual Report, Annual Meeting and Director Nominations


The Board of Directors of Sanford Limited (Sanford) (NZX: SAN) is pleased to advise shareholders
of the following:

FY23 Results and Annual Report
Sanford expects to announce its full year results, and publish its annual report, for the year ended
30 September 2023 on Tuesday 14 November 2023.

2023 Annual Meeting
Sanford’s 2023 Annual Meeting will be held at 2.00pm on Monday 18 December 2023 at Eden
Park, Reimers Avenue, Mt Eden, Auckland in the World Cup Lounge West, South Stand and
virtually.

Further details relating to the Annual Meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting to be sent
to all shareholders and released to the NZX in due course.

Director Nominations
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Sanford advises that the closing date for director
nominations is Monday 13 November 2023. Any nominations must be received by 5:00pm (NZDT)
on that date.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder who will be entitled to attend and vote at the
Annual Meeting. Any nominations should be emailed to rmagaraggia@sanford.co.nz and titled
“Sanford 2023 Director Nominations”.
